Mission

MWOSF promotes open, inclusive, and ethically sound research dissemination. The foundation supports editors, reviewers, and authors to ensure that high-quality science remains freely accessible worldwide.

Ownership & Editorial Independence

MWSJ is owned and published by MWOSF. Editorial decisions are made independently by the Editor-in-Chief and editorial board, based solely on scholarly merit and journal policies. The publisher has no influence on editorial outcomes.

Publishing Policies & Standards

  • Open Access: All content is freely available to read and download immediately upon publication.

  • License: CC BY-NC-ND 4.0 (non-commercial sharing; no distribution of adaptations).

  • Peer Review: Double-blind, with a minimum of two expert reviewers per article.

  • Ethics: The journal follows COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics) guidelines for integrity and best practices.

  • Archiving & Preservation: Regular backups are maintained, and participation in PKP PN/LOCKSS networks is planned.
