MWSJ is owned and published by MWOSF. Editorial decisions are made independently by the Editor-in-Chief and the journal’s Editorial Board, based on scholarly merit and research quality. The publisher does not influence editorial outcomes.

Open Access: All articles are freely accessible and downloadable immediately upon publication.

Peer Review: Double-blind review with at least two experts per article.

Archiving & Preservation

Milky Way Scientific Journal (MWSJ) ensures long-term digital preservation through:
