Milky Way Scientific Journal (MWSJ) is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access journal committed to rigorous scholarship, research integrity, and inclusive science. The journal accepts only two manuscript types: research articles and review articles across the following domains:

Publication Frequency
MWSJ is quarterly (issues in March, June, September, and December).

Peer Review Process
All submissions undergo an initial editorial screening for scope, quality, and ethics, followed by double-blind peer review by at least two expert reviewers. Editorial decisions (accept, revise, reject) are based on originality, methodological soundness, clarity, and contribution to the field.

Open Access & Licensing
MWSJ is open access. All articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0) license. This permits users to copy and redistribute the work for non-commercial purposes, provided appropriate credit is given. No derivatives or adaptations (including translations or edits) may be distributed.

Ethics & Integrity
MWSJ adheres to best practices in publication ethics (e.g., COPE principles). The journal screens submissions for plagiarism, requires disclosure of competing interests and funding, and expects transparent reporting of methods and data where applicable.
