How to Submit a Paper

Authors must register and log in to the MWSJ online submission system to submit a manuscript. You can follow the short video guides below or the step-by-step instructions that follow.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Register / Login
    New users: Registration  |  Returning users: Login
  2. Start a New Submission
    After logging in, click “Make a New Submission.”
  3. Follow the 5-Step Submission Process
    • Step 1: Start (select section and accept conditions)
    • Step 2: Upload Submission File (.docx using our template)
    • Step 3: Enter Metadata (title, abstract, keywords, authors)
    • Step 4: Upload Supplementary Files (if any)
    • Step 5: Confirm Submission
  4. Track Your Submission
    Monitor status via Dashboard → My Queue.
